The Future is Here | Introducing Our New Focus

Our new vision aims to unify our team into a strong, collaborative unit to provide the best possible customer experience within our sector. In addition, we are mindful of the impact we have on our environment, each other, our customers and the people we work with outside of our organisation and we are committed to ensure this impact is always positive.

Friday 19th May 2023 was a big day in Elite Group history. 140 members of our team, from across the country, gathered at the Hilton in Deansgate, Manchester for one of the most important events we have ever held. It marked the dawn of a new era for Elite Group with a new vision, strategy and goals that will benefit both our customers and our team. It was the job of our, newly appointed, CEO, Adam Turton, to present the future of Elite Group to our team and what an event it was!

As this new vision will completely transform the way we work and the services we offer, we want to ensure that you’re up to speed. So, let’s take a look at the future of Elite Group and what it means for you!

Better Together – The Power of People

Before Adam introduced the new direction in which the company will be heading, he took a little time to look back on the company’s history. From a small telecommunications start-up in the early 2000s to the award-winning, highly-accredited, multi-solution technology provider we are today, Elite Group has come a long way and we’re not done yet! We remain ambitious and under the leadership of Adam, we are ready to take the business to the next level.

Going forward the success of our business will be assessed on the following factors:

The Importance of Sustainability

We fully understand the impact our industry has on the planet and appreciate the growing awareness surrounding climate change and sustainability. Customers demonstrating an increased preference for brands who are sustainable is positive step forward and we want to ensure that our practices fulfil this preference. Therefore, sustainability will play a large role in our business going forward. We are committed to ensuring our operations will become more environmentally friendly through sustainable product design and pursuing new digital transformation and green technologies.

New Core Values

We know that the adoption of core company values is important to align our team, ensure we are all working together effectively and provide a sense of belonging. With the company heading in a new direction, we felt it was the right time to revisit our values and amend them to reflect our new vision. Three of our existing values will continue to serve the business and our future goals, but we decided to amend our fourth value to compassion to better reflect our attitude towards each other within our team.

Streamlined Services

Going forward, we will be focusing on becoming a Managed Services Provider (MSP), which means our approach will be solution-led, rather than product-led. We feel that this transition will provide more value to our customers and allow us to further help businesses to transform their operations through advanced technological solutions, expert support, proactive project management and efficient monitoring.

Unified By a Single Vision

Announcement of the new Elite Group vision

Now for the biggest moment of the presentation; the main topic of the launch event – the announcement of the new Elite Group vision. Our new vision encompassed everything that Adam covered throughout the presentation, incorporating our values, our commitment to providing the best customer experience and sustainability, as well as our transformation from a product-led service to a solution-led service.

Our vision is to be the leading sustainable Managed Services Provider (MSP), delivering world class Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Transformation solutions.

Following on from this announcement, Adam led us through an exciting and motivating journey of the 10 year plan for Elite Group, as well as an outline of the next steps that need to be taken, so we could hit the ground running with our new vision, as soon as possible. Needless to say, our team left the event motivated, inspired and ready to put our new vision in action.
