The expanded Elite Group will have over 180 staff over four locations, with Support Span contributing 13 employees.
From the customer’s point of view, not much will change. The Support Span team remains in place and customers will continue to enjoy the high levels of customer service and access to the industry-leading solutions they have come to expect. Essentially a rebrand of Support Span, the acquisition will mean the Support Span website will change to EliteGroup.com and our @supportspan.co.uk email addresses will become @elitegroup.com addresses.
