Based in Morley, Leeds, Greenfield Bacon is an outlet store specialising in clearance lines and redundant stock from supermarkets and superstores. Stock includes food and drink, furniture, toys, DIY equipment, clothing, kitchen essentials and bed linen.
Greenfield Bacon’s phone lines and broadband had historically been supplied by BT, but in the same cost saving ethos as the shop in Morley, bosses were always on the lookout for more cost-effective telecommunications solutions.
When Elite relocated to new, larger premises in Morley, Greenfield Bacon manager Matthew Bacon felt it was the ideal time to speak to the experts about his telecommunications package and identify where cost savings could be made.
Working with a dedicated account manager, a new phone and broadband solution was put together for Greenfield Bacon which would begin saving them money immediately and would be regularly reviewed to ensure it was still meeting their needs.
Matthew said: “Our account manager Darren put together a package which allowed us to make significant savings each month on our three phone lines and broadband connection, which is exactly what we had challenged him to do.”
Working with a local business, with a named contact in the event of any questions or connectivity issues, has been a positive experience for the team at Greenfield Bacon.
Matthew Bacon, Manager said, “Darren has been brilliant from our first contact with him through to our switchover and subsequent account management. It is ideal for us to work with a local company because they understand our business and communication needs and we know they are always on hand if we have any questions. We’re really happy with the service we’ve received from Elite, and the money they’ve helped us to save, and we would definitely recommend them to other businesses in the local area.”
