Five Talents Creative Design was founded in March 2000 by managing director Adrian Prosser in his home town of Halifax.
Five Talents delivers creative design and branding to clients large and small. They work with big name brands both nationally and internationally, as well as working closely with small to medium sized Yorkshire businesses.
Five Talents were using BT for the supply of phone and broadband connections but needed separate lines for each service. As a growing company they were also faced with the prospect of needing to install new lines when new members of staff needed their own phone.
After discussing this with the team at Elite, Adrian was convinced of the benefits of a VoIP system to his business.
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) was suggested to Five Talents because it is a flexible, functional and affordable solution to their telecommunications needs. It offered a cheaper alternative to Five Talents’ traditional telecommunications solution because of lower line rental and call costs. Other benefits included features such as free local and national calls as well as call recording, group pick-up, voicemail and auto attendant functions.
“VoIP was the perfect solution for our business,” said Adrian. “Not only did it allow us to save money immediately, it was also perfectly designed to grow as our business did. It is now really easy to add new phones to our package as new staff join the company.”
Working with Elite also meant that Five Talents were allocated a dedicated account manager with full knowledge of their business and their account. This is something that became very important following the 2015 Boxing Day floods in Yorkshire. Adrian said:
“Our basement office was devastated by the floods in Halifax and we ended up working out of another office in the building for eight or nine months whilst ours was repaired. Knowing we had a personal account manager to call upon was incredibly valuable; she was really efficient at getting our phone lines transferred to mobiles so that we could remain in contact with customers and suppliers.
