Adam joined Elite Group over 13 years ago as a graduate. Since then, he has successfully progressed within the company to become Sales Director.
Adam is responsible for Elite’s sales strategy and, since joining, has grown turnover from £5m to £57m in 2017, delivering 22% growth year-on-year for the last 9 years – half of which has been organic.
Leading a national sales team of more than 50 people, Adam is responsible for the successful retention and growth of more than 7,500 business customers, including many FTSE 100 companies and global brands. He has a proven track record for motivating, managing and leading high-performance teams and has helped mentor and develop many people in the business who now hold key or senior positions. His mission is to build the highest performing sales team in the sector and to bring the best value and expertise to customers.
A charismatic leader and long-standing board member, Adam advises on all aspects of business strategy and planning. With a real passion for business, he is also an active investor across a range of sectors, particularly within technology, media and telecommunications, including various public and privately-owned businesses.
