Leicestershire Aid Support Services

Leicestershire Aids Case Study Overview

Leicestershire Aids Support Services (LASS) is an independent voluntary organisation that was set up in 1987 to provide a range of services for people in the City of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who are affected by HIV/AIDS. LASS had a fragmented communications strategy, due to relying on different providers for their communications solutions, which made finding help for faults and issues difficult.

When it came to choosing a mobile phone provider, LASS chose Elite. They trusted us to ensure a speedy resolution to any faults and provide peace of mind that we had their best interests at heart.

The level of service provided by Elite, alongside our top-class solutions, resulted in LASS moving all of their communications requirements across to Elite.

Better Support From LASS

The quick and effective support and account management provided by Elite enabled LASS to provide a better service to the people they help.

When we looked at our existing suppliers, side-by-side, Elite stood out as the provider who looked after our needs the best. Elite were always available to speak with when we contacted them, ready to offer advice and we had access to a dedicated account manager who ensured our needs were always being met. It made sense that we would look to shift all communications to them.
