Since being founded in 2000, Elite has changed dramatically. We’ve grown from a pure-play telephony business into the UK’s leading provider of unified communications solutions.
Elite has acquired 16 businesses since 2008 and has experienced significant organic growth. This increased capacity means that, today, we are able to offer a fully comprehensive suite of communications services – including telephony, business mobile, cloud, IT and connectivity and networking solutions.
In 2018, Elite provides solutions to over 7,000 customers of all sizes, and has seen year-on-year double-digit growth as well as completed 16 successful acquisitions – giving the company a turnover of £57 million.
To reflect how much our business has changed, we have launched an exciting new brand. The rebranding process included significant market repositioning, changing Elitetele.com’s trading name to Elite Group, the implementation of new company values, the launch of the new Elite Group website, the launch of a new strapline and rebranding our social media accounts.

All these changes will reinvigorate Elite’s brand, help ensure the company stays ahead of the curve and bring the company brand in line with our present offering. Additionally, by removing existing sub-brands, we will simplify the customer journey and deliver even better customer service than we have in the past.
